Courses

We run regular Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong courses at venues throughout the North West.

Our beginners courses are ideal for those who are new to Tai Chi or Qi Gong.

We also run courses focussing on key elements of Tai Chi Chuan or Qi Qong, such as form practice, pushing hands, standing postures, breathwork, meditation and Qi Gong sets. These are a great way for experienced practitioners to concentrate on developing a particular skill or interest.

Courses run throughout the year at venues throughout the North West.

Personal Tuition

One of the best ways to learn Tai Chi and Qi Gong is personal tuition with an experienced and supportive teacher.

Working on a one to one basis, your teacher will assess where you are at and develop a personalised programme to help you develop your Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

Starting with the basics, you will be gradually exposed to increasingly advanced skills as and when you are ready.

Personal tuition takes place outside in the summer and indoors in the winter.
