Grasp Bird’s Tail
Grasp Bird’s Tail is an important sequence of movements that appears 8 times in the Yang Cheng Fu long form. Grasp Bird’s Tail is also referred to and Grasp Sparrow’s Tail and Grasp Peacock’s Tail.
Grasp Bird’s Tail is a sequence of four movements:
Double Ward Off (Double Peng)
Roll Back (Lu)
Squeeze (Ji)
Press (An)
